اتحاد شركات التأمين المصرية يطلق “مسابقة عزة عارفين البحثية” على هامش ملتقى شرم الشيخ السابع 2025
يعلن اتحاد شركات التأمين المصرية عن إطلاق “مسابقة عزة عارفين البحثية” التي تُعقد على هامش ملتقى شرم الشيخ السابع، والمقرر انعقاده في الفترة من 8 إلى 10 نوفمبر 2025 تحت عنوان:
“التأمين في ظل المتغيرات العالمية”
تهدف المسابقة إلى تشجيع البحث العلمي ودعم الكفاءات المتخصصة في قطاع التأمين، حيث تتناول البحوث المشاركة أحد الموضوعات التالية:
“الأخطار الناشئة المتشابكة: دور صناعة التأمين في بناء المرونة ومواجهة الأخطار المناخية والجيوسياسية والاقتصادية”
“فهم عملاء اليوم والغد: كيف يمكن لشركات التأمين تصميم المنتجات التي تلائم احتياجات وتوقعات جيل الألفية والجيل الفضي”
“مواجهة المستقبل: كيفية مواجهة تحديات الذكاء الاصطناعي والتحول الرقمي في صناعة التأمين”
شروط المشاركة
ألا يتجاوز عمر المتقدم 50 عامًا في 1 نوفمبر 2025.
ألا يكون البحث المقدم قد سبق له الفوز بأي مسابقة علمية أخرى.
أن يكون البحث مكتوباً بإحدى اللغتين العربية أو الإنجليزية.
أن يكون البحث أصلياً وغير مقتبس. علماً بأن الحد الأقصى للاقتباس 20٪
لا يسمح باشتراك البحوث التي سبق نشرها.
ألا يكون المتسابق قد فاز بإحدى جوائز مسابقة ملتقى شرم الشيخ للعام الماضي 2024.
أن يكون البحث موثقا علميا بالمراجع والمصادر.
لن يتم رد البحوث المقدمة للمسابقة للمشارك سواء فازت أم لا.
لا يسمح لموظفي اتحاد شركات التأمين المصرية بالمشاركة في هذه المسابقة.
شكل البحث
• لا يزيد عدد صفحات البحث عن 15 صفحة ولا يقل عن 12 صفحة.
• الخط المستخدم Times New Roman – حجم الخط 14.
• المسافة بين السطور 1.15
• يقدم البحث في شكل ملف Adobe Acrobat (PDF).
• يسمح باشتراك أكثر من باحث في كتابة البحث.
• لا يسمح للمشاركين بتقديم أكثر من بحث، سواء كان المشارك منفرداً أو مشتركا مع باحث آخر.
يجب تقديم الملفات التالية إلكترونياً:
البحث الرئيسي:
يجب أن تحتوي رؤوس الصفحات و / أو التذييلات على أرقام الصفحات وعنوان مختصر للورقة.
يجب ألا تحتوي أي صفحة من صفحات ملف البحث على اسم الباحث
ملخص Abstract:
يتكوّن من صفحة واحدة لا يزيد عن 150 كلمة.
بالنسبة للبحوث المقدمة باللغة العربية، يقدم الباحث ملفين للملخص، أحدهما بالعربية والآخر بالإنجليزية
ملف منفصل بالمعلومات الشخصية التالية:

يجب إرسال البحوث إلكترونيًا بحد أقصى منتصف الليل (بتوقيت القاهرة) يوم 1 أكتوبر 2025 إلى اللجنة العلمية للمؤتمر عبر البريد الإلكتروني:

التحكيم والجوائز:
ستقوم لجنة تحكيم تضم نخبة من خبراء التأمين في مصر والعالم باختيار أفضل ثلاثة بحوث، ليتم الإعلان عن الفائزين يوم 31 أكتوبر 2025.
يحصل الفائزون الثلاثة الأوائل على:
• المركز الأول: 2500 دولار أمريكي
• المركز الثاني: 2000 دولار أمريكي
• المركز الثالث: 1500 دولار أمريكي
كما يحصل الفائزون على تسجيل مجاني للمؤتمر وإقامة مجانية خلال أيامه الرسمية، إلى جانب شهادات تقدير، مع مناقشة بحوثهم في إحدى جلسات الملتقى وتسليم الجوائز خلال الحفل الختامي، ونشر جميع البحوث الفائزة على الموقع الإلكتروني للملتقى، وسيتلقى الفائزون رسائل إلكترونية قبل بدء الملتقى بوقت كافٍ لبدء إجراءاتهم لحضور المؤتمر.
اتحاد شركات التأمين المصرية يؤكد أن “مسابقة عزة عارفين البحثية” تمثل منصة ملهمة لإبراز المواهب والأفكار الجديدة التي تسهم في تطوير صناعة التأمين، بما يعزز مكانة مصر كمركز إقليمي لصناعة التأمين وإعادة التأمين.

The Insurers Federation of Egypt announces the organization of “Azza Arfeen Research Competition”, to be held on the sidelines of the 7th Sharm El-Sheikh Rendezvous, taking place from November 8 to 10, 2025. The event will be held under the theme:
“Insurance In the Era of Uncertainty”
Research Topic:
The research addresses one of the following topics:
Interconnected Emerging Risks: Building Resilience to Climate, Geopolitical, and Economic Shocks
Understanding the customer of tomorrow and today: Rethinking insurance Engagement for Gen Z to silver seniors
Facing the Future: Tackling AI and digital transformation challenges in insurance
Eligibility Criteria:
• Applicants must not exceed 50 years of age as of November 1, 2025.
• The submitted research must not have won any other scientific competition.
• The research must be written in either Arabic or English.
• The research must be original and not plagiarized. Note: the maximum allowable plagiarism is 20%.
• Previously published papers are not eligible.
• Participants who have previously won in the 2024 edition of the Sharm El-Sheikh Rendezvous competition may not reapply.
• The research must be scientifically documented with references and sources.
• Submitted papers will not be returned, whether they win or not.
• Employees of the Insurers Federation of Egypt are not allowed to participate.
Submission Deadline:
All research papers must be received no later than midnight (Cairo time) on October 1, 2025.
Research Paper Format:
• Length: 12 to 15 pages.
• Font: Times New Roman, size 14.
• Line spacing: 1.15.
• File format: Adobe Acrobat (PDF).
• Co-authored papers are allowed.
• Each participant may submit only one research paper, whether individually or jointly.
The following files must be submitted electronically:
Main Research File:
o Headers and/or footers must include page numbers and a short title.
o The author’s name must not appear on any page of the research file
Abstract File:
o One page, not exceeding 150 words.
o For papers submitted in Arabic, two abstract files must be submitted: one in Arabic and one in English.
Personal Details File:
o Title of the research paper
o Full name of the participant
o Date of birth

Submission Method:

Judging Process:
• Research papers will be evaluated by a committee of insurance experts from Egypt and around the world.
• The jury will select the top three research papers from the submissions.
Awards:
• Winning research papers will be announced on October 31, 2025.
• All winning papers will be published on the Rendezvous website.
• Winners will receive email notifications well before the event to arrange their conference attendance.
The organizing committee will offer:
• Free registration and complimentary accommodation during the official conference days for the winners.
• The top 3 winners will have the opportunity to discuss their research in a dedicated session during the conference.
• The top 3 winners will receive certificates of appreciation and cash prizes as follows:
o $2,500 USD – First Place
o $2,000 USD – Second Place
o $1,500 USD – Third Place
• Awards and certificates will be presented during the closing ceremony of the Rendezvous.
